  1. Are there any additional shipping charges?

 = The Teeswalker provides FREE shipping for all Prepaid orders above in India. A shipping charge of ₹70 is payable only on orders of COD (Cash on Delivery).

  1. How do I track my order?

 = You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email, SMS, and Whatsapp notification will be sent with a link. You can also track it from your account on the website by Selecting ‘Orders’ from the top right corner and then clicking on ‘Track Order’ for the respective Order ID.

  1. What is the estimated time of delivery?

 = Once your order is shipped, it usually reaches metro cities in about 4–7 working days, and most other locations in India within 7–10 working days. Sometimes it might take a little longer depending on your exact address, public holidays, or unexpected things like bad weather.

  1. What if my order shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it yet.?

= If your order shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it yet, don’t worry — we’ve got you. Sometimes packages are left with a neighbour, security guard, or at the reception, so you may want to quickly check there first.

One small request:

Please let us know about such issues within 3 days of the delivery date. After this time, we may not be able to raise a dispute with the courier on your behalf.

  1. What if my order is undelivered?

 = Don’t worry, we’ve got you. If your order shows as “undelivered” or hasn’t reached you within the expected time, just reach out to us at care@teeswalker.com or call us on +919454496208 with your (Order ID). We’ll check what went wrong with the courier and help you out with a reshipment or a refund, depending on the situation. 

It also helps to quickly confirm your delivery details (phone number, address, pincode) so we can make sure your next delivery attempt reaches you without any trouble.

  1. How do I create a return request?

 = Returning your order is simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the ‘Orders’ section.
  3. Find the product you want to return and click on the ‘Return’ button next to it.
  4. Choose your reason for return from the dropdown list.
  5. Select how you’d like to return the product: Reverse Pickup or Self-Shipping.

If your pin code is eligible for reverse pickup, you’ll see that option. Please:

  • Confirm your pickup address and contact number.
  • Tick the acknowledgment box and submit your return request.

If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, no worries.
You can self-ship the product to us, and once we receive it, we’ll add a coupon code to your account as a shipping cost credit.
